Something I want to do when I go to Japan is to eat some great sushi. Here is a place to try. Apparently it’s better than Jiro’s of Jiro Dreams of Sushi fame. If you haven’t seen that documentary, by the way, I recommend it.

We should also visit Tsukiji fish markets in Tokyo, very early in the morning when they get their fish deliveries are are selling them. Amazing. There’s a place to eat afterwards – I’ll track down. MB
